Obligation to Record Flight and Maintenance Details

After completing a Specified Flight, or after performing any maintenance or modifications on your drone, you must record the details in your flight log without delay.

A person who conducts a Specified Flight (特定飛行) must, without delay, record the matters prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism in the flight log (飛行日誌) whenever the unmanned aircraft is flown, maintained, or modified.

特定飛行を行う者は、無人航空機を航空の用に供し、又は整備し、若しくは改造した場合には、遅滞なく飛行日誌に国土交通省令で定める事項を記載しなければならない。
