If you plan to fly near an airport or in a civil aviation safety zone, the airport or air traffic control will review your request within 5 working days. This can take up to 30 days if changes to your flight plan are needed.

Requirement as structured

For a coordinated flight in a geographical zone established to ensure the safety of civil aviation flights, the aerodrome or air navigation service provider assesses the application against the coordination procedure within the period set for coordination, which does not exceed five working days. Where changes or risk-mitigation measures are needed, that period may be extended to up to 30 days.

Ja saskaņotu lidojumu paredzēts veikt ģeogrāfiskajā zonā, kas izveidota, lai nodrošinātu civilās aviācijas gaisa kuģu lidojumu drošumu... Lidlauka vai gaisa satiksmes pakalpojumu sniedzējs saskaņošanai pieteiktā lidojuma atbilstību koordinācijas procedūrai izvērtē lidojuma saskaņošanai paredzētajā termiņā, kas nepārsniedz piecas darbdienas. Ja nepieciešams veikt izmaiņas... termiņu var pagarināt līdz 30 dienām.
