Exception for Private Residential Buildings and Public Places

If you only film or photograph a single private house or a public place, you do not need to apply for a dissemination permit from Lantmäteriet. However, if your shot is zoomed out and shows a larger surrounding area, this exception does not apply because it may capture details sensitive to national defense.

Du behöver till exempel inte ansöka om spridningstillstånd om din bild eller film enbart visar en privat bostadsbyggnad eller en offentlig plats. Det är några av undantagen från kravet på spridningstillstånd. Om dina bilder visar en mer utzoomad vy så gäller inte undantaget, eftersom du får med en större yta.
