In any other control zone you may fly below 50 m without a clearance, provided you meet the speed and runway-distance conditions.

In control zones other than the listed military ones, no clearance is required for flights below 50 metres above ground level, provided the conditions in 3 kap. 3 § fourth paragraph are met.

Inom övriga kontrollzoner än de som anges i andra stycket krävs ingen klarering för flygningar med ett obemannat luftfartyg på lägre höjd än 50 meter över marken om villkoren i fjärde stycket är uppfyllda.
