The VO must be able to communicate effectively with regard to the following: • The small unmanned aircraft location, attitude, altitude, and direction of flight; • The position of other aircraft or hazards in the airspace; and • The determination that the small unmanned aircraft does not endanger the life or property of another (§ 107.33).
