立入を管理するために講じた措置等が機能せず、無人航空機の下に人の立入り又はそのおそれのあることを確認したときは、直ちに当該無人航空機の飛行を停止し、飛行経路の変更、航空機の航行の安全並びに地上及び水上の人及び物件の安全を損なうおそれがない場所への着陸その他の必要な措置を講じなければならない。
