Bei einem Flugplatz ohne Flugplatzzone ist der Betrieb von unbemannten Luftfahrzeugen und selbständig im Fluge verwendbarem zivilen Luftfahrtgerät innerhalb eines im Anhang E Teil B festgelegten Umkreises um den Flugplatzbezugspunkt grundsätzlich nur außerhalb der Betriebszeiten zulässig.
