Dabei stellt es insbesondere sicher, dass nur solche Personen zu einer Prüfung für den Erwerb der in Artikel 4 Absatz 2 in Verbindung mit Punkt UAS.OPEN.030 Nummer 2 Buchstabe c in Teil A des Anhangs der Durchführungsverordnung (EU) 2019/947 genannten Bescheinigung zugelassen werden, die der zuständigen Stelle vor der Prüfung ein gültiges Identitätsdokument und bei Minderjährigkeit zusätzlich die Zustimmung des gesetzlichen Vertreters zur Teilnahme an der Prüfung vorgelegt haben.
