国土交通大臣は、前項の規定により対象空港及び当該対象空港の敷地又は区域を指定するときは、当該対象空港の敷地又は区域及びその周囲おおむね千メートルの地域を、当該対象空港に係る対象施設周辺地域として指定するものとする。
