Le ministre chargé de l'aviation civile peut accorder une dérogation permettant à un télépilote d'exercer une activité pour laquelle il ne remplit pas l'une des exigences du présent arrêté si est démontré le respect de conditions techniques complémentaires garantissant le maintien d'un niveau de sécurité acceptable pour les personnes au sol ou à bord d'autres aéronefs.
