If your drone is involved in an accident—such as injuring someone, damaging property, or colliding with a manned aircraft—you must stop flying immediately, help any injured people, and take steps to prevent further danger.

Requirement as structured

In the event of an unmanned aircraft accident involving human injury or death, property damage, collision or contact with a manned aircraft, or other accidents specified by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the operator must immediately suspend the flight and take necessary measures to rescue injured persons and prevent further danger.
