Sofern unbemannte Luftfahrzeuge den Gegenstand einer Verwaltungsübertretung bilden, können diese unbemannten Luftfahrzeuge unter den Voraussetzungen des § 17 des Verwaltungsstrafgesetzes 1991 – VStG, BGBl. Nr. 52/1991, für verfallen erklärt werden.
