Requirement as structured

The mental illness specified by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism under Article 132-46, Paragraph 1, Item 1 (a) of the Act is schizophrenia (統合失調症), excluding cases where the individual does not exhibit symptoms that could lead to a lack of cognitive, predictive, judgmental, or operational abilities required for the safe piloting of unmanned aircraft.

第二百三十六条の四十三　法第百三十二条の四十六第一項第一号イの国土交通省令で定める精神病は、統合失調症（無人航空機の安全な操縦に必要な認知、予測、判断又は操作のいずれかに係る能力を欠くこととなるおそれがある症状を呈しないものを除く。以下同じ。）とする。
