If something safety related goes wrong with your drone operation, you must report it to your national aviation authority under the EU occurrence reporting rules.

On receiving safety information under Article 19(1), (2) or (3), the Agency and the competent authority shall take the necessary measures to address any safety issue on the best available evidence and analysis, taking into account interdependencies between aviation safety domains and between aviation safety, cyber security and other technical domains of aviation regulation.

Upon receiving any of the information referred to in paragraphs 1, 2 or 3, the Agency and the competent authority shall take the necessary measures to address any safety issues on the best available evidence and analysis, taking into account interdependencies between the different domains of aviation safety, and between aviation safety, cyber security and other technical domains of aviation regulation.
