前項各号に掲げる者は、同項の規定により同項各号に定める対象施設の敷地又は区域を指定するときは、当該対象施設の敷地又は区域及びその周囲おおむね千メートルの地域を、当該対象施設に係る対象施設周辺地域として指定するものとする。
