The Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism may revoke a Remote Pilot Competency Certificate (無人航空機操縦者技能証明) or suspend its validity for a period of up to one year if the holder is found to have certain mental or physical illnesses, physical disabilities that interfere with safe flight, or is addicted to alcohol, narcotics, cannabis, opium, or stimulants.

国土交通大臣は、技能証明を受けた者が次の各号のいずれかに該当するときは、その技能証明を取り消し、又は一年以内において期間を定めてその技能証明の効力を停止することができる。 一次に掲げる病気にかかつている者であることが判明したとき。イ幻覚の症状を伴う精神病であつて国土交通省令で定めるものロ発作により意識障害又は運動障害をもたらす病気であつて国土交通省令で定めるものハイ又はロに掲げるもののほか、無人航空機の飛行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある病気として国土交通省令で定めるもの 二無人航空機の安全な飛行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある身体の障害として国土交通省令で定めるものが生じている者であることが判明したとき。 三アルコール、麻薬、大麻、あへん又は覚醒剤の中毒者であることが判明したとき。
