Overflight of Uninvolved People for Class C0 and UAS under 250g

If you fly a Class C0 drone or a home-built drone weighing less than 250g, you are allowed to fly over people who aren't involved in your flight. However, you should still avoid doing this whenever you can, and be extremely careful if you must.
