L’operatore, il costruttore, l’organizzazione di progetto, il pilota di UAS secondo le rispettive responsabilità, sono tenuti a comunicare all’ENAC, entro le 72 ore dall’evento e in accordo al Regolamento (UE) n. 2014/376, gli eventi di cui all’allegato V del Regolamento (UE) n. 2015/1018, secondo le procedure stabilite dall’Ente. In accordo al Regolamento (UE) n. 2010/996, nel caso di incidente o inconveniente grave vige l’obbligo di informare entro 60 minuti l’ANSV con le modalità da essa previste.
