If you film news or events for live broadcast without a standard usage permit, you must submit the recorded footage to the State Geodetic Administration (DGU) immediately, or at least within 8 days of filming.

Aerial footage under Article 6(2) may exceptionally be used without an approval for the use of aerial images, solely for live transmission and informing the public; the recorded material must be delivered to the State Geodetic Administration immediately after filming and at the latest within eight days of the end of filming.

(3) Zračne snimke iz stavka 2. ovoga članka mogu se iznimno koristiti bez odobrenja za uporabu zračnih snimaka isključivo radi prijenosa uživo i izvještavanja javnosti, a snimljeni materijal dostavlja se u Državnu geodetsku upravu, odmah po obavljenom snimanju, najkasnije u roku od osam dana od završetka snimanja.
