空港等周辺、緊急用務空域及び地上又は水上から150m以上の高さの空域を飛行させる場合には、その空域を管轄する東京空港事務所長又は関西空港事務所長（双方にまたがる場合は両空港事務所長）宛てに申請してください。上記以外の場合は、飛行場所を管轄する東京航空局長又は大阪航空局長（双方にまたがる場合は申請者の住所を管轄する地方航空局長）宛てに申請してください。
