If you operate an XAG P100 Pro under a Part 102 certificate, you must update your maintenance manual to include visual inspections of the propeller clamp and seesaw holder contact points during pre-flight, post-flight, and periodic checks.

CAA NZ requires Part 102 Unmanned Aircraft Operator Certificate (UAOC) holders operating the XAG P100 Pro to formally include detailed visual inspections of the propeller clamp to seesaw holder contact points in their maintenance programmes.

Original regulatory text

From 01 February 2024, the CAA will require the above to be formally included in XAG P100 Pro maintenance programmes for 102 UAOCs. We strongly encourage all current XAG P100 Pro operators to follow this maintenance advice with immediate effect, and formally add this to their manuals at the next update.
