前項の規定による変更の届出が所有者の氏名、名称又は住所に係るものであるときは、第二百三十六条の三第二項及び第三項の規定を準用する。この場合において、同条第二項中「申請書」とあるのは「届出書」と、同条第三項中「法第百三十二条の四第一項の登録の申請を行う者」とあるのは「法第百三十二条の八第一項の登録事項の変更の届出を行う者」と、「当該申請」とあるのは「当該届出」と読み替えるものとする。
