機体認証を受けた無人航空機を飛行させる者は、前条第三項の規定により指定された使用の条件(次条第二項の規定により変更された場合にあつては、その変更後の条件)の範囲内でなければ、第百三十二条の八十七に規定する特定飛行を行つてはならない。ただし、第百三十二条の八十五第四項及び第百三十二条の八十六第五項に該当する場合は、この限りでない。
