If you fail your second exam attempt (scoring under 75%) or break the exam rules, you must cancel your current application in MySRS and submit a brand new application to try again.

In case if the result of the re-take (Section 8.) is less than 75% or the rules of the assessment were breached, examinee should cancel the original application in MySRS and submit a new application (see Section 6.1), if they still wish to take the exam.
