In caso di operazioni in categoria specifica con SAIL I o SAIL II o PDRA basati sulle medesime assunzioni, come posso soddisfare le indicazioni relative allo Step #9 dell’AMC1 art. 11 reg.UE 2019/947 (SORA) in caso di contenimento avanzato, se necessario? Sulla base delle indicazioni EASA ( MOC Light UAS.2511-01 Issue 01 del 05/05/2022) è possibile uno dei seguenti approcci: 1. Ottenere un Design Verification Report favorevole da EASA (presentando la domanda all’EASA utilizzando il form ). 2. Sottoscrivere una dichiarazione di rispondenza al MOC suindicato secondo il form seguente - Form ENAC MOC Light UAS 2511-01 20 maggio 2022
