Height below 120 metres for activity within an aeromodelling association

Flying within an aeromodelling association, you must stay below 120 metres above the surface. At an established activity location the published height applies instead, and 150 metres is only possible if all three conditions of Article 5, 4° are met.

Requirement as structured

Where an activity is conducted within an aeromodelling association, the aircraft must be operated at a height below 120 metres above the surface. This limit does not apply within an activity for which an activity location has been established, where the height published in the aeronautical information for that location applies instead (Article 5, 4° and 5°); it may be raised to 150 metres only where all three conditions of Article 5, 4° are met.
