If you share or use material from the online accreditation course or exam, you must follow any rules the Part 101 Manual of Standards sets for that. Breaking them is an offence.

Requirement as structured

A person who discloses or uses information or a document forming part of, or related to, an online accreditation training course or examination under paragraph 101.374E(2)(b) or (c) must comply with any requirement prescribed in the Part 101 Manual of Standards under regulation 101.374F(1) in relation to that disclosure or use; non-compliance is an offence (50 penalty units).

(3) A person commits an offence if: (a) the person discloses or uses information or a document which forms part of, or is related to: (i) an online training course under paragraph 101.374E(2)(b); or (ii) an online examination under paragraph 101.374E(2)(c); and (b) the person is subject to a requirement under subregulation (1) of this regulation in relation to disclosing or using the information or document; and (c) the person does not comply with the requirement. Penalty: 50 penalty units.
