A person commits an offence if: (a) the person discloses or uses information or a document which forms part of, or is related to: (i) an online training course under paragraph 101.374E(2)(b); or (ii) an online examination under paragraph 101.374E(2)(c); and (b) the person is subject to a requirement under subregulation (1) of this regulation in relation to disclosing or using the information or document; and (c) the person does not comply with the requirement.
