En tillsynsmyndighet har rätt att på begäran få de uppgifter som behövs för tillsynen enligt denna lag eller enligt föreskrifter som meddelats med stöd av lagen, samt, om det behövs för tillsynen, omedelbart få tillträde till luftfartyg, flygplatser, anläggningar, lokaler och andra objekt. Denna tillträdesrätt omfattar inte bostäder.
