Chiunque non osserva una disposizione di legge o di regolamento ovvero un provvedimento legalmente dato dall'autorita' competente in materia di sicurezza della navigazione e' punito, se il fatto non costituisce un piu' grave reato, con l'arresto fino a tre mesi ovvero con l'ammenda fino a lire duemila.
