A UAS operator wishing to use a UAS in a pyrotechnic display, with fireworks on board, requires prior authorisation from the PSP. After obtaining such authorisation, the operator may use the implemented mitigation as evidence within the scope of the local assessment. Pyrotechnic displays may only be carried out under a licence granted by the competent police authority pursuant to Article 38 of the RFACEPE.
