第二百三十六条の四十の二　国土交通大臣は、法第百三十二条の四十四第一項の規定により技能証明に付した条件については、当該技能証明に係る無人航空機を飛行させる者の申請により、当該条件を変更することができる。 ２　前項の申請をしようとする者は、技能証明条件変更申請書を国土交通大臣に提出しなければならない。
