Crossing other roads (non-highways)

You can cross standard roads with any open category drone if you fly at least 20 meters high, keep the drone in sight, and ensure no moving vehicles are on the road. Hovering over the road is not allowed.

It is recommended that all open category drones (C0-C4 and legacy) may cross other roads, but must not hover over them, must maintain at least 20 meters height, keep VLOS, and ensure no moving vehicles are on the road.
