Operator systemu bezzałogowego statku powietrznego, który wykonuje z użyciem systemu bezzałogowego statku powietrznego operację w kategorii „otwartej”, o której mowa w art. 4 rozporządzenia nr 2019/947/UE, z naruszeniem warunków wykonywania takiej operacji określonych w art. 4 ust. 1 rozporządzenia nr 2019/947/UE, podlega karze pieniężnej w wysokości 4000 zł za każde naruszenie.
