12. Byggarbetsplats (Ändringsföreskrift 2016:3) Undantaget gäller endast om materialet är beställt av den som har intresse av att informationen skyddas eller om anläggningen bedöms att aldrig kunna bli ett skyddsobjekt. Med andra ord ska beställningen göras av byggherren.
