技能証明申請者であつて、法第百三十二条の四十七第一項の試験に合格したものは、当該申請に係る学科試験の合格証明書について第二百三十六条の五十第三項の交付があつた日（第二百三十六条の五十一の規定により学科試験の省略を受けようとする者にあつては、当該試験の開始期日前に学科試験に合格した日）から二年以内に確認番号を記載した技能証明書交付申請書に次に掲げる書類を添えて、国土交通大臣に提出しなければならない。 一　第二百三十六条の五十第一項の試験合格証明書
