５－７ 危険物の輸送を行う場合は、次に掲げる基準に適合すること。ただし、無人航空機の機能及び性能、無人航空機を飛行させる者の飛行経歴等、安全を確保するために必要な体制等とあわせて総合的に判断し、航空機の航行の安全並びに地上及び水上の人及び物件の安全が損なわれるおそれがないと認められる場合は、この限りでない。（法第 132 条の 86 第２項第５号関係） （１）機体について、危険物の輸送に適した装備が備えられていること。 （２）無人航空機を飛行させる者について、意図した飛行経路を維持しながら無人航空機を飛行させることができること。
