When a UAS operator seeks to expand its approved operations manual(s) to include a new flight area, a UAS or a UAS operation, the primary question is whether the underlying risk assessment covers these additions. If it does, the new information can be incorporated into existing parts... Otherwise, it is considered best practice to establish new parts for such information.
