Using an Estonian operational authorisation in other EASA states (guidance)

Transpordiamet guidance: specific-category operational authorisations issued in Estonia are also valid in other EASA member states if that state's national requirements are met; for this, the operator must contact that state's competent authority and obtain information on which documents must be submitted there. This guidance does not by itself permit operations abroad: the EU cross-border procedure for operations under an operational authorisation (Regulation (EU) 2019/947, Article 13) applies.
