Jeżeli operator wyrazi chęć przedłużenia terminu wydanego zezwolenia na operację zobowiązany jest złożyć wniosek o zmianę w wydanym zezwoleniu w okresie ważności tego zezwolenia, nie później niż 30 dni przed końcem ważności zezwolenia, jeżeli nie uległy zmianie zakres, warunki i ograniczenia przedłużanego zezwolenia.
