第二百三十六条の八十六 法第百三十二条の九十一の国土交通省令で定める事態は、次に掲げる事態とする。 一無人航空機による人の負傷(法第百三十二条の九十第一項第一号に掲げる人の死傷を除く。次条第十二号において同じ。) 二無人航空機の制御が不能となつた事態 三無人航空機が発火した事態(飛行中に発生したものに限る。)
