The Finnish Safety and Chemicals Agency (Tukes) may, on application, grant a permit for trials carried out for the research and development purposes referred to in Article 54(1) of the Plant Protection Products Regulation in which a plant protection product is applied by an unmanned aircraft.

Turvallisuus- ja kemikaalivirasto voi myöntää hakemuksesta luvan kasvinsuojeluaine-asetuksen 54 artiklan 1 kohdassa tarkoitettuihin tutkimus- ja kehitystarkoituksiin suoritettaviin kokeisiin, joissa kasvinsuojeluaine levitetään miehittämättömällä ilma-aluksella.
