If you fly a drone illegally near restricted facilities and ignore orders, or if authorities cannot contact you in time, they have the legal right to jam, disable, or physically damage your drone to protect the facility.

Authorized officers (including police, coast guard, SDF, and airport administrators) may take necessary measures, including interfering with the flight or damaging the small unmanned aircraft, if an operator fails to comply with an order to vacate, cannot be reached, or if there is no time to issue an order.

前項に規定する場合において、同項の規定による措置をとることを命ぜられた者が当該措置をとらないとき、その命令の相手方が現場にいないために当該措置をとることを命ずることができないとき又は同項の小型無人機等の飛行を行っている者に対し当該措置をとることを命ずるいとまがないときは、警察官は、対象施設に対する危険を未然に防止するためやむを得ないと認められる限度において、当該小型無人機等の飛行の妨害、当該小型無人機等の飛行に係る機器の破損その他の必要な措置をとること（当該対象施設の管理者その他関係者に対し当該措置をとることを命ずることを含む。）ができる。
