If a pilot certificate holder is found to have been a person who should not have been granted a certificate under the criteria of Article 236-42, Paragraph 3, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism shall revoke their pilot certificate.

一　技能証明を受けた者が第二百三十六条の四十二第三項の基準において技能証明を行わないこととされている者であつたときは、その者の技能証明を取り消すものとする。
