If CASA registers an aircraft as an RPA under this Division, CASA must, as soon as practicable: (a) enter the following information about the aircraft in the Australian Civil Aircraft Register: (i) the serial number on the aircraft or, if there is no serial number, the registration mark assigned by CASA to the aircraft; (ii) whether the aircraft is registered as an RPA; (iii) the name and address of the registration holder of the aircraft; (iv) the day on which the aircraft was registered; (v) the manufacturer of the aircraft; (vi) the manufacturer’s model (if any) of the aircraft; (b) issue a certificate of registration for the aircraft to the registration holder of the aircraft.
