Certyfikat LUC wydaje się: 1) jeżeli operator systemu bezzałogowego statku powietrznego spełnia warunki określone w UAS.LUC.020, UAS.LUC.030 i UAS.LUC.040 części C załącznika do rozporządzenia nr 2019/947/UE lub 2) w przypadku gdy operator systemu bezzałogowego statku powietrznego ubiega się o uzyskanie certyfikatu LUC do zatwierdzania własnych operacji w zakresie składania oświadczeń o operacji, o których mowa w UAS.LUC.060 pkt 2 lit....) - jeżeli operator systemu bezzałogowego statku powietrznego posiada potwierdzenie odbioru i kompletności oświadczenia: a) o którym mowa w art. 5 ust. 5 rozporządzenia nr 2019/947/UE, lub b) o wykonywaniu operacji zgodnie z krajowym scenariuszem standardowym
