§ 126 c. Ejeren af en drone skal have tegnet ansvarsforsikring i henhold til § 130. Stk. 2. Transportministeren fastsætter nærmere bestemmelser om tegning af ansvarsforsikring, jf. stk. 1, herunder om undtagelser fra kravet om tegning af ansvarsforsikring.
