飛行範囲の外周から製造者等が保証した落下距離（飛行の高度及び使用する機体に基づき、当該使用する機体が飛行する地点から当該機体が落下する地点までの距離として算定されるものをいう。）の範囲内を立入管理区画（第三者の立ち入りを管理する区画）として設定し、飛行経路毎に当該立入管理区画を示した資料を作成し管理する。
