UTR područje predstavlja volumen zračnog prostora koji u sebi sadrži operativni i zaštitni volumen za izvođenje letačkih operacija bespilotnim zrakoplovima (Air Risk Buffer), koji je korisnik dužan uračunati i naznačiti u ukupnom volumenu strukture prilikom predaje zahtjeva.
