Before flying a drone, gyroglider, or parasail in a designated danger area, you must verify that the active hazards in that area will not endanger your aircraft or any people.

A person must not operate an unmanned aircraft, gyroglider, or parasail within a danger area designated under Part 71 unless they have established that the activity associated with the danger area will not affect safety.

A person must not operate an unmanned aircraft, a gyroglider or parasail within a danger area designated under Part 71 unless the person has established that the activity associated with the danger area will not affect the safety of any person or the unmanned aircraft, gyroglider or parasail.
