Requirement as structured

A person who has obtained a Type Certification, etc. (型式認証等) must, as prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, collect information regarding aviation accidents involving the certified unmanned aircraft and other situations where the aircraft does not conform, or is at risk of not conforming, to safety standards, and report such information to the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

型式認証等を受けた者は、当該型式認証等を受けた型式の無人航空機について、国土交通省令で定めるところにより、運輸安全委員会設置法第二条第二項に規定する航空事故等(無人航空機に係るものに限る。)その他の無人航空機が安全基準に適合せず、又は安全基準に適合しなくなるおそれがあるものとして国土交通省令で定める事態に関する情報を収集し、国土交通大臣にこれを報告しなければならない。
